DOD IDENTIFIES ARMY CASUALTY

The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. Pfc. David L. Potter, 22, of Johnson City, Tenn., died August 7 in Baghdad, Iraq, of non-combat related injuries. Potter was assigned to the 115th Forward Support Battalion, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas.
