The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Pfc. Chassan S. Henry, 20, of West Palm Beach, Fla., died Feb. 25 in Ramadi, Iraq, from injuries sustained from an explosion while he was conducting combat operations. Henry was assigned to the Army's 1st Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division, Camp Hovey, Korea.
